1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service offered on 555ck, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 555ck. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 555ck is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

• Notify 555ck support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Do not share your password or access credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Prohibited Activities

• Registering multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or providing false KYC documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on 555ck — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, page layouts, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555ck or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Termination

555ck may suspend or permanently close your account with or without prior notice if you are found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance. Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account — where no breach has occurred — will be refunded to the player through the original payment method, subject to completion of required KYC verification.
